The Website Design & Development Process
01 Briefing

02 Onboarding
We'll have a free no obligation intro call to clarify project goals, any access needs, potential constraints, or requirements. After this I'll create a project plan and send you our contract which will contain the project tasks and timings.
03 Discovery
After a buzzy business info-dumping session (exciting!), I will take away your insights and do some further research into your brand including how you're performing and research into your competitors to make sure your website is perfect for your industry.
04 Design
Once I’ve soaked up everything about your business, I’ll start planning out the structure, including how users will navigate and what pages are needed.Then I’ll design mock-ups (also called wireframes) using Figma and share the file with you before our review session. I’ll guide you through how to leave comments ahead of the call.
05 Build
Now it gets real! We’ll go over the wireframes and begin turning your designs into a working website.
I’ll recommend the best website builder for your needs (taking things like ADHD tax into account), and support you step by step with adding your content, from text to images, even if you’ve never done it before.
06 Launch & Support
As I build, I’ll also be setting up SEO and analytics (like GA4) so your users can find you and you can track how your site is doing - even things like how many visitors show up at 12pm on a Sunday.
Once the site is ready, I’ll send you a preview link to offer any final feedback. Then I’ll teach you how to update your site and keep it running smoothly.
If you’d prefer to leave that part to me, I offer a monthly retainer service to help keep everything up to date while you focus on your business.
